—Full-time academic faculty (e.g., philosophy, humanities, math/science, theology)
—Combination faculty position (skilled trades and academic)
—Resident Life Coordinator (lives on-campus, runs daily student life, energizes spiritual life)
—Advancement (motivated, skilled at developing leads from blank slate)
